WordPress themes for internet marketing such as Profits Theme are always an area of much debate.
Profits Theme is the creation of Welly Mulia and Adi Djorhari, and as with its key competitor, OptimizePress, is aimed specifically at Internet Marketers. Both themes state on their homepages that they can allow users to create 1st rate looking websites in minutes with zero coding knowledge. In my experience this is true, although the first site you build using a new theme will of course take longer than subsequent projects as you won’t be familiar with its ins and outs.
When I first started many marketers were becoming disillusioned with the themes available, and ended up hiring professional designers to do the work for them. And up until recently I would have happily stated this to be the best option. However, theme designers have been upping their game over the past two or three years, and for the budding internet entrepreneur the combination of WordPress plus a specialized internet marketing theme will be more than enough to get them up and running.
Key points to consider when choosing an internet marketing theme include on page search engine optimization, squeeze pages (often a problem for many), sales pages, landing pages, affiliate link masking, membership site capabilities, clean design, etc.
Plugins can cover these necessities, however this can be problematic due to bugs, incompatibly issues and mounting costs.
There are a number of players out there which all aim to meet these requirements, including Socrates Theme, OptimizePress, and now, Profits Theme.

The theme’s SEO settings a solid and can be set up on a post by post or page by page basis. I don’t think additional SEO plugins are necessary as all important bases have been covered by the theme designers.
Profits Theme’s link cloaking adequate, but as the same cloak will be used for every link on the site I would consider getting a dedicated plugin for this, as it’s one area where Profit Themes is a bit weak at the current time.
The membership site aspect of Profit Theme is solid, and they have tutorial to get you up and running.
It’s possible to create many unique looking sites with the theme, and there’s a good range header’s supplied to get inexperienced marketers up and running with a professional looking site.
All in all Profits Theme is a quality solution for internet marketers looking to build sales pages, squeeze sites and membership sites in a quick and efficient manner, and the developers are continuing to update it and improve on it, making it a serious contender for best internet marketing theme.
